What do I need to bring? What do you provide?
We provide helmets and U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets, and you’ll be required to wear them. Sizes run from XS to XL, and if you think you won’t fit into our provided equipment, please bring your own. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
I'm pregnant. Is it okay to fly?
If you are pregnant or have any pre-existing conditions and/or injuries, please consult your doctor before use of any hydroflight device.
Is there a minimum age or weight requirement?
Yes, iFly H2O customers must be 13 years of age or older and weigh a minimum of 90 pounds. Anyone under 18 years old must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
What about alcohol?
No. Under no circumstances will you be allowed to fly if you are intoxicated or impaired in any way. No exceptions.
When should I arrive?
Be at Melvin’s Marina at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time so we can get you signed in and fitted for your safety gear beforehand.
Is there a place to store my stuff?
There will be no secure place on our dock to store your valuables, including but not limited to eyeglasses, sunglasses, jewelry, cell phones and cameras. Contacts may be worn, but it’s not recommended. We will not be responsible for your items. The only exception is your keys, if necessary.
